March is Colon Cancer Awareness Month

Colon cancer is the 2nd leading cause of cancer deaths among men & women combined in the US. However, 60% of these deaths could be preventable with screening. Colon cancer screenings are the easiest way to identify colon cancer and are recommended for all people starting at age 50, or earlier if you have a family history of colon cancer. New Exercise Guidelines

The US Department of Health and Human Services recently released new exercise recommendation guidelines.
